सैन्येन महा तेन प्रभूतगजवाजिना

હાથીઓ અને ઘોડાઓથી સમૃદ્ધ એવી તે વિશાળ સેનასთან થયેલી કૂચ અને યુદ્ધસજ્જતા જાણે અપરિમિત બળનું પ્રદર્શન બની—ધર્મસંગત કર્તવ્ય અને યુદ્ધની વિનાશક ગતિ વચ્ચે ઊભા થતા નૈતિક તાણનો પૂર્વસંકેત આપતી।
