पाण्डवसेनानायकाभिषेकः तथा बलरामागमन-उपदेशः | Appointment of Pandava Commanders and Balarama’s Counsel
त्रयो गुल्मा गणस्त्वासीद् गणास्त्वयुतशो5भवन् | दुर्योधनस्य सेनासु योत्स्यमाना: प्रहारिण:
trayo gulmā gaṇas tv āsīd gaṇās tv ayutaśo 'bhavan | duryodhanasya senāsu yotsyamānāḥ prahāriṇaḥ ||
વૈશમ્પાયન બોલ્યા—ત્રણ ગુલ્મ મળીને એક ‘ગણ’ બને છે. દુર્યોધનની સેનાઓમાં યુદ્ધ માટે તત્પર, પ્રહારક પદાતિ યોદ્ધાઓના આવા ગણ અયુતોમાં—દસ-દસ હજારની સંખ્યામાં—હતા.
