श्रोत्रियस्थेव ते राजन् मन्दकस्याविपक्चित: । अनुवाकहता बुद्धिर्धर्ममेवैकमी क्षते
śrotriyastha iva te rājan mandakasya avipakvitaḥ | anuvākahatā buddhir dharmam evai kam īkṣate ||
રાજન! જેમ વેદનો અર્થ ન જાણનાર મંદબુદ્ધિ વેદપાઠીની બુદ્ધિ માત્ર પાઠની પુનરાવૃત્તિથી ક્ષીણ થઈ જાય છે અને તે ધર્મને ફક્ત મંત્રપાઠ જ માને છે, તેમ તમારી બુદ્ધિ પણ માત્ર શાંતિધર્મને જ જુએ છે।
