तस्य चैतत्प्रदानस्य फलमद्यानुपश्यसि । यद्‌ भुड्क्षे पृथिवीं कृत्स्नां श्रै्निहतकण्टकाम्‌,“उसीके देनेका आज तुम यह प्रत्यक्ष फल देखते हो कि उन शूरवीर पाण्डवोंद्वारा निष्कण्टक बनायी हुई इस सम्पूर्ण पृथ्वीका राज्य भोग रहे हो

Transliteration

tasya caitat-pradānasya phalam adyānupaśyasi | yad bhuṅkṣe pṛthivīṁ kṛtsnāṁ śatrūṇāṁ nihata-kaṇṭakām ||

Translation

તે દાનનું ફળ આજે તું પ્રત્યક્ષ જોઈ રહ્યો છે—વીર પાંડવોએ શત્રુરૂપ કાંટાઓ કાપી નિષ્કંટક બનાવેલી આ સમગ્ર પૃથ્વીનું રાજ્ય તું ભોગવી રહ્યો છે.
