ययातिपतन-कारणम् (The Cause of Yayāti’s Fall) — Nārada’s Counsel on Pride and Reconciliation
यथा सत्येन मे धर्मो यथा सत्येन पावक: । प्रीतः शतक्रतुश्चैव तेन सत्येन खं ब्रज
yathā satyena me dharmo yathā satyena pāvakaḥ | prītaḥ śatakratuś caiva tena satyena khaṃ braja ||
જેમ સત્ય પર મારો ધર્મ સ્થિર છે, જેમ સત્ય પર પાવક (અગ્નિ) સ્થિર છે, અને જેમ સત્યથી શતક્રતુ (ઇન્દ્ર) પણ પ્રસન્ન થાય છે— તે સત્યના બળે તમે સ્વર્ગે જાઓ.
