गालवस्य विषादः तथा विष्णुप्रयाणम्

Gālava’s Despair and Resolve to Seek Viṣṇu

भुक्त मे तिष्ठ तावत्‌ त्वमित्युक्त्वा भगवान्‌ ययौ । विश्वामित्रस्ततो राजन्‌ स्थित एव महाद्युति:

bhukta me tiṣṭha tāvat tvam ity uktvā bhagavān yayau | viśvāmitras tato rājan sthita eva mahādyutiḥ ||

ભગવાન ધર્મે કહ્યું, ‘મેં ભોજન કરી લીધું છે; તું હમણાં અહીં જ રહે,’ અને ત્યાંથી ચાલ્યા ગયા. રાજન, ત્યાર પછી મહાતેજસ્વી વિશ્વામિત્ર એ જ સ્થિતિમાં ઊભા રહ્યા।
