Yuddha-yajña-vyākhyāna (The Battle as Sacrifice): Ambarīṣa–Indra Saṃvāda
यस्य वेदिरुपस्तीर्णा तस्य लोका यथा मम । जिसके युद्ध-यज्ञकी वेदी नीले चमड़ेकी बनी हुई म्यानके भीतर रखी जानेवाली तलवारों तथा परिघके समान मोटी-मोटी भुजाओंसे बिछ जाती है, उसे वैसे ही लोक प्राप्त होते हैं, जैसे मुझे मिले हैं
yasya vedir upastīrṇā tasya lokā yathā mama |
જેનાં યુદ્ધ-યજ્ઞની વેદી નીલા ચામડાની મ્યાનમાં રાખેલી તલવારો તથા પરિઘ સમાન જાડા-જાડા ભુજાઓથી બિછાય છે, તેને મારા સમાન લોક પ્રાપ્ત થાય છે.
