उतथ्योपदेशः—राजधर्मः, दर्पनिग्रहः, प्रजारक्षणम्

Utathya’s Instruction: Royal Dharma, Restraint of Pride, Protection of Subjects

धर्मे तिष्ठन्ति भूतानि धर्मो राजनि तिष्ठति । तं॑ राजा साधु यः शास्ति स राजा पृथिवीपति:

dharme tiṣṭhanti bhūtāni dharmo rājani tiṣṭhati | taṁ rājā sādhu yaḥ śāsti sa rājā pṛthivīpatiḥ ||

ધર્મ પર સર્વ પ્રાણીઓ ટકેલા છે અને ધર્મ રાજામાં સ્થિત છે. જે રાજા તે ધર્મનું સારા રીતે શાસન કરે છે, તે જ સાચો પૃથ્વીપતિ છે।
