संस्थानेषु च सर्वेषु पुरेषु नगरेषु च । मध्ये च नरशार्दूल तथा राजनिवेशने,नरसिंह! इसी प्रकार सभी पड़ावोंपर, बड़े-बड़े गाँवों और नगरोंमें, अन्तःपुरमें तथा राजमहलके आस-पास भी रक्षक सैनिकोंकी नियुक्ति करनी चाहिये
saṁsthāneṣu ca sarveṣu pureṣu nagareṣu ca | madhye ca naraśārdūla tathā rājaniveśane ||
ભીષ્મે કહ્યું—હે નરશાર્દૂલ! સર્વ પડાવોમાં અને સ્થાનોમાં, ગામો-નગરોમાં, અંતઃપુરમાં તથા રાજનિવાસની આસપાસ પણ યથાવિધિ રક્ષક સૈનિકો નિમવા જોઈએ.
