Śānti Parva, Adhyāya 52 — Bhīṣma’s Humility Before Kṛṣṇa and the Granting of Boons
यच्च किंचित् क्वचिल्लोके कर्ताव्यं क्रियते च यत् । त्वत्तस्तन्नि:सृतं देव लोके बुद्धिमतो हि ते
yacca kiñcit kvacilloke kartavyaṁ kriyate ca yat | tvattastanniḥsṛtaṁ deva loke buddhimato hi te ||
આ લોકમાં ક્યાંય પણ જે કંઈ કર્તવ્ય છે અને જે કર્મ વાસ્તવમાં કરવામાં આવે છે—હે દેવ! તેનું મૂળ તમે જ છો; કારણ કે અહીં બુદ્ધિમાનોની બુદ્ધિ પણ તમારાથી જ પ્રવાહિત થાય છે.
