उक्तानुक्ते कृते कार्ये मामामन्त्र्य द्विजर्षभ | मया प्रत्यभ्यनुज्ञातस्ततो यास्यसि सुव्रत,उत्तम व्रतका पालन करनेवाले द्विजश्रेष्ठ। आप कहें या न कहें। मेरे द्वारा जब आपका कार्य सम्पन्न हो जाय, तब आप मुझसे पूछकर, मेरी अनुमति लेकर अपने घरको जाइयेगा

Transliteration

uktānukte kṛte kārye mām āmantrya dvijarṣabha | mayā pratyabhyanujñātas tato yāsyasi suvrata ||

Translation

નાગે કહ્યું—હે દ્વિજશ્રેષ્ઠ, તમે કહો કે ન કહો; જ્યારે કરવાનું કાર્ય પૂર્ણ થઈ જાય, ત્યારે મને સંબોધીને વિદાય માગશો અને મારી અનુમતિ મેળવીને જ તમે ઘેર જશો—હે ઉત્તમ વ્રતધારી.
