यत्र देवो महाबाहु: शाश्वतः पुरुषोत्तम: । अनादिनिधनो विप्र किमाश्नर्यमत: परम्
yatra devo mahābāhuḥ śāśvataḥ puruṣottamaḥ | anādinidhano vipra kim āścaryam ataḥ param ||
નાગે કહ્યું— હે બ્રાહ્મણ! આથી મોટું આશ્ચર્ય બીજું શું કે સૂર્યના અદભુત તેજમાં મહાબાહુ, શાશ્વત, અનાદિ-અંત પુરુષોત્તમ સ્વયં નિવાસ કરે છે? તેમની પાસેથી નાનાપ્રકારના બીજ ઉત્પન્ન થાય છે અને તેમના આધારથી આ સમગ્ર પૃથ્વી ચરાચર સહિત ધારી છે. જ્યારે સૂર્યમંડળમાં સ્વયં નારાયણ પ્રકાશે છે, ત્યારે તેનાથી મોટું આશ્ચર્ય શું?
