Adhyāya 287 — Janaka’s Inquiry on Śreyas, Abhayadāna, and Asaṅga

तेषां तेषां यथा हि त्वमाश्रमाणां ततस्ततः । नानारूपगुणोद्देशं पश्य विप्र स्थितं पृथक्
teṣāṃ teṣāṃ yathā hi tvam āśramāṇāṃ tatastataḥ | nānārūpaguṇoddeśaṃ paśya vipra sthitaṃ pṛthak ||
હે બ્રાહ્મણ, તું એક પછી એક દરેક આશ્રમ પર વિચાર કર અને જો—ધર્મના ઉપદેશો નાનારૂપ અને નાનાગુણોથી યુક્ત હોવા છતાં તેઓ કેવી રીતે અલગ-અલગ આધાર પર સ્થિત છે; તે સ્પષ્ટ રીતે સમજી લે.
