अधर्मो नास्ति ते मृत्यो संयच्छेमा: प्रजा: शुभे | मया हाक्त मृषा भद्रे भविता नेह किंचन
adharmo nāsti te mṛtyo saṁyacchemāḥ prajāḥ śubhe | mayā hy uktaṁ mṛṣā bhadre bhavitā neha kiṁcana ||
ભીષ્મે કહ્યું— “હે મૃત્યુ! તને અધર્મ લાગશે નહીં. હે શુભે! આ પ્રજાઓને સંયમમાં રાખ. હે ભદ્રે! અહીં મેં જે કહ્યું છે તે કદી ખોટું ઠરી શકે નહીં.”
