Tulādhāra’s Instruction to Jājali on Ahiṃsā and Abhaya-dāna
दीप्तानलनिभ: प्राह भगवान् धूमवर्चसे । ततो5हमपि वक्ष्यामि भूय: पुत्र निदर्शनम्
dīptānalanibhaḥ prāha bhagavān dhūmavarcasaḥ | tato 'ham api vakṣyāmi bhūyaḥ putra nidarśanam, vatsa |
ભીષ્મ બોલ્યા—પ્રજ્વલિત અગ્નિ સમાન તેજસ્વી, પરંતુ ધૂમવર્ણ આભાવાળા ભગવાન (વ્યાસ) ધૂમવર્ચસ (શુક)ને આમ બોલ્યા હતા. તેથી, હે પુત્ર, એ જ દૃષ્ટાંત અને તેનો તાત્પર્ય હું ફરી તને કહું છું; આ સુસ્થાપિત વિવેક-શાસ્ત્ર ધ્યાનથી સાંભળ.
