युधिछिर उवाच कथं पज्चगुणा बुद्धि: कथं पज्चेन्द्रिया गुणा: । एतन्मे सर्वमाचक्ष्व सूक्ष्मज्ञानं पितामह

Transliteration

yudhiṣṭhira uvāca

kathaṃ pañcaguṇā buddhiḥ kathaṃ pañcendriyā guṇāḥ |

etan me sarvam ācakṣva sūkṣmajñānaṃ pitāmaha ||

Translation

યુધિષ્ઠિરે પૂછ્યું—પિતામહ! બુદ્ધિના પાંચ જ ગુણ કેવી રીતે કહેવાય છે? અને પાંચ ઇન્દ્રિયો પણ ‘ગુણ’ કેવી રીતે કહેવાય? આ સર્વ સૂક્ષ્મ જ્ઞાન મને સંપૂર્ણ રીતે સમજાવો.
