Adhyāya 249 — Mṛtyu-prādurbhāvaḥ (The Manifestation of Death) / Restraint of Tejas and Ordered Saṃhāra
गोचरेभ्यो निवृत्तानि यदा स्थास्यन्ति वेश्मनि । तदा त्वमात्मना55त्मानं पर द्रक्ष्यसि शाश्वतम्
gocarebhyo nivṛttāni yadā sthāsyanti veśmani | tadā tvam ātmanātmānaṃ paraṃ drakṣyasi śāśvatam ||
જ્યારે ઇન્દ્રિયો પોતાના વિષયોથી નિવૃત્ત થઈ પોતાના નિવાસસ્થાને સ્થિર થશે, ત્યારે તું પોતાના આત્મા દ્વારા જ તે શાશ્વત પરમાત્માનું દર્શન કરીશ.
