हेतुवादान् प्रवदिता वक्ता संसत्सु हेतुमत् । आक्रोष्टा चाभिवक्ता च ब्रह्म॒वाक्येषु च द्विजान्
hetuvādān pravaditā vaktā saṃsatsu hetumat | ākroṣṭā cābhivaktā ca brahmavākyeṣu ca dvijān |
સભાઓમાં જઈને હું હેતુવાદ જ બોલતો, કારણોથી ભરેલી વાતો કરતો. જ્યાં દ્વિજ શ્રદ્ધાથી વેદવાક્યો પર વિચાર કરતા, ત્યાં હું બળપૂર્વક ચઢાઈ કરીને તેમને ગાળ આપતો, વિરોધ કરતો અને પોતાનો જ તર્કવાદ દેખાડતો.
