अद्यैक॑ दिवसं विप्रा न वो5स्तीह भयं क्वचित् | राक्षसे भ्य: प्रमोदध्वमिष्टतो यात माचिरम्
adyaikaṁ divasaṁ viprā na vo ’stīha bhayaṁ kvacit | rākṣasebhyaḥ pramodadhvam iṣṭato yāta mā ciram, rājan |
ભીષ્મે કહ્યું— “હે વિપ્રો! આજે—આ એક જ દિવસ—અહીં રાક્ષસોની તરફથી તમને ક્યાંય કોઈ ભય નથી. તેથી આનંદ કરો અને ઝડપથી તમારા ઇચ્છિત સ્થાને જાઓ; વિલંબ ન કરો, રાજન।”
