कपोती-विलापः स्वर्गसंयोगश्च
The Dove’s Lament and Celestial Reunion
नर: पापसमाचारस्त्यक्तव्यो दूरतो बुध: । आत्मानं यो5भिसंधत्ते सोअन्यस्य स्यात् कथं हितः
naraḥ pāpasamācāras tyaktavyo dūrato budhaḥ | ātmānaṃ yo ’bhisandhatte so ’nyasya syāt kathaṃ hitaḥ ||
ભીષ્મે કહ્યું—જે મનુષ્યનું આચરણ પાપમય હોય, તેને બુદ્ધિમાનોએ દૂરથી જ ત્યજી દેવો જોઈએ. જે પોતાને જ છેતરે, તે બીજાનો સાચો હિતેચ્છુ કેવી રીતે બની શકે?
