सर्वकाननदेशकज्ञ: पारियात्रचर: सदा । धर्मज्ञ: सर्वभूतानाममोधेषुर्दूढायुध:
sarva-kānana-deśa-kajñaḥ pāriyātra-caraḥ sadā | dharmajñaḥ sarva-bhūtānām amodheṣur dūḍhāyudhaḥ ||
તેને વનના સર્વ પ્રદેશોનું સંપૂર્ણ જ્ઞાન હતું. તે સદા પારિયાત્ર પર્વતોમાં વિહરતો અને સર્વ પ્રાણીઓના ધર્મ-કર્તવ્યો જાણતો હતો. તેના બાણો લક્ષ્યભેદમાં અચૂક હતા અને તેના શસ્ત્રાસ્ત્ર દૃઢ તથા વિશ્વસનીય હતા.
