Sandhi–Vigraha in Āpada: The Mouse and the Cat (सन्धिविग्रहापदि—मूषकमार्जारसंवादः)
सर्वथा स्त्री न हन्तव्या सर्वसत्त्वेषु केनचित् । नित्य॑तु ब्राह्मणे स्वस्ति योद्धव्यं च तदर्थतः
sarvathā strī na hantavyā sarvasattveṣu kenacit | nityaṁ tu brāhmaṇe svasti yoddhavyaṁ ca tadarthataḥ ||
કાવ્યાએ કહ્યું—સર્વ પ્રાણીઓમાં કોઈપણ દ્વારા કોઈપણ પરિસ્થિતિમાં સ્ત્રીનો વધ ન થવો જોઈએ. બ્રાહ્મણોના કલ્યાણનું સદા ધ્યાન રાખો; અને જરૂર પડે તો તેમની રક્ષા માટે યુદ્ધ પણ કરો।
