Kośa, Bala, and Maryādā: Treasury, Capacity, and Enforceable Limits (कोश-बल-मर्यादा)
बीजं भक्तेन सम्पाद्यमिति धर्मविदो विदु: । अन्रैतच्छम्बरस्याहुर्महामायस्य दर्शनम्,धर्मज्ञ पुरुषोंका कहना है कि मनुष्यको अपने भोजनके लिये संचित अन्नमेंसे भी बीजको बचाकर रखना चाहिये। इस विषयमें महामायावी शम्बरासुरका विचार भी ऐसा ही बताया गया है
bījaṃ bhaktena sampādyam iti dharmavido viduḥ | anṛtaicchambarasyāhur mahāmāyasya darśanam |
ભીષ્મે કહ્યું—ધર્મવિદો કહે છે કે બીજધાન્યને ભક્તિભાવથી સુરક્ષિત રાખવું જોઈએ; પોતાના ભોજન માટે સંગ્રહિત અન્નમાંથી પણ બીજ બચાવી રાખવું જોઈએ. આ વિષયમાં મહામાયાવી શંબરનું મત પણ એવું જ કહેવાય છે।
