तमुत्तमेन शौचेन कर्मणा चाभिधारय

Transliteration

tam uttamena śaucena karmaṇā cābhidhāraya

Translation

ઉત્તમ શૌચ અને શ્રેષ્ઠ કર્મોથી તેને પોતાના પક્ષમાં કરી લો; એવા નિર્મળ આચરણથી વિદેહરાજનો વિશ્વાસ જગાવો. વિદેહરાજ સત્યપ્રતિજ્ઞ છે; તેથી તે નિશ્ચયે તને ધન આપશે. એવું થતાં તું સર્વ પ્રાણીઓ માટે વિશ્વાસપાત્ર પ્રમાણ બનશે અને રાજાની જમણી ભુજા—શાસનમાં તેનો મુખ્ય આધાર—થઈ જશે.
