विश्वासं समयघ्नानां न यूय॑ गन्तुमर्ह थ । 'पाण्डवोंने अधर्ममें प्रवृत्त होकर अनेकों बार युद्धकी मर्यादा तोड़ी है; अतः आपलोग कभी उनका विश्वास न करें"

Transliteration

viśvāsaṃ samayaghnānāṃ na yūyaṃ gantum arhatha |

Translation

જે લોકો પ્રતિજ્ઞા અને મર્યાદા તોડે છે, તેમના પર તમે વિશ્વાસ ન કરવો; પાંડવો અધર્મમાં પ્રવૃત્ત થઈ વારંવાર યુદ્ધની મર્યાદા ભંગ કરી ચૂક્યા છે—અતઃ કદી તેમનો આધાર ન રાખવો।
