अधीतं विधिवदू दत्तं प्राप्तमायुर्निरामयम्‌

Transliteration

adhītaṃ vidhivad u dattaṃ prāptam āyur nirāmayam | diṣṭyā me vipulā lakṣmī mṛte tv anyagatā vibho ||

Translation

સંજય બોલ્યો—“મેં વિધિપૂર્વક અધ્યયન કર્યું, યથાવિધિ દાન આપ્યાં અને નિરામય દીર્ઘ આયુષ્ય પ્રાપ્ત કર્યું. હે વિભો, સૌભાગ્યે વિશાળ રાજલક્ષ્મી મારી પાસે રહી, અને તે મારા મૃત્યુ પછી જ બીજા હાથમાં ગઈ.”
