पपात चोल्का महती पतिते पृथिवीपतौ । पृथ्वीपति दुर्योधनके गिर जानेपर आकाशसे पुनः महान् शब्द और बिजलीकी कड़कके साथ प्रज्वलित, भयंकर एवं विशाल उल्का भूमिपर गिरी || ५० $ ।।

પૃથ્વીપતિ પડતાં જ આકાશમાંથી વીજળીના કડાકા સાથે પ્રજ્વલિત, ભયંકર અને વિશાળ ઉલ્કા ધરતી પર ધડાકાભેર પડી—આ અશુભ દૈવી સંકેત હતો, જે બળના આધાર પર ટકેલા રાજધર્મ અને વ્યવસ્થાના પતનને સૂચવતો હતો. તે દર્શાવે છે કે અધર્મપ્રેરિત સત્તાનો અંત વિનાશમાં જ થાય છે, અને પ્રકૃતિ પણ જાણે તે અનીયાયી યુદ્ધના પરિણામની સાક્ષી આપે છે।
