सात्यकिर्भीमसेनश्व माद्रीपुत्री च पाण्डवौ । युधिष्ठिरं पुरस्कृत्य ह्वीनिषेवमरिंदमम्,उधरसे सात्यकि, भीमसेन तथा माद्रीकुमार पाण्डुनन्दन नकुल-सहदेव शत्रुदमन एवं लज्जाशील युधिष्ठिरको आगे करके चढ़ आये
sātyakir bhīmasenaś ca mādrīputrau ca pāṇḍavau | yudhiṣṭhiraṃ puraskṛtya hrīniṣevam arindamam ||
સંજય બોલ્યો—સાત્યકી, ભીમસેન તથા માદ્રીપુત્ર પાંડવો (નકુલ-સહદેવ) શત્રુદમન અને સ્વભાવથી સંયમી-લજ્જાશીલ યુધિષ્ઠિરને આગળ રાખીને આગળ વધ્યા।
संजय उवाच
Even in war, dharma is reflected in conduct: the warriors protect and foreground the rightful king, while Yudhiṣṭhira’s modest restraint (hrī) signals ethical kingship—power guided by propriety rather than aggression.
Sañjaya reports that Sātyaki, Bhīma, and the twin sons of Mādrī (Nakula and Sahadeva) move forward in formation, placing Yudhiṣṭhira at the front as their focal leader, describing him as both modest and a subduer of enemies.
