न वैराण्यभिजानन्ति गुणान् पश्यन्ति नागुणान् । विरोधं नाधिगच्छन्ति ये त उत्तमपूरुषा:
yudhiṣṭhira uvāca | na vairāṇy abhijānanti guṇān paśyanti nāguṇān | virodhaṁ nādhigacchanti ye te uttama-pūruṣāḥ ||
જે વૈર યાદ રાખતા નથી, દોષ નહીં પરંતુ ગુણ જ જુએ છે, અને કોઈ સાથે વિરોધમાં પ્રવેશતા નથી—એ જ ઉત્તમ પુરુષો કહેવાય.
