kukkuro veṇujaḍyo ’tha kālāpaḥ kaṭha eva ca | munayo dharmavidvāṁso dhṛtātmāno jitendriyāḥ ||
વૈશંપાયન બોલ્યા— કુક્કુર, વેણુજડ્ય, કાલાપ અને કઠ— આ મુનિઓ ધર્મવિદ, સ્થિરાત્મા અને ઇન્દ્રિયજિત હતા.
