Yudhiṣṭhira’s Consultation and Bhīṣma’s Counsel in the Assembly
बाला यूयं न जानीध्वं धर्म: सूक्ष्मो हि पाण्डवा: । अयं च स्मृत्यतिक्रान्तो ह्वापगेयो5ल्पदर्शन:
bālā yūyaṁ na jānīdhvaṁ dharmaḥ sūkṣmo hi pāṇḍavāḥ | ayaṁ ca smṛtyatikrānto hy āpageyo 'lpadarśanaḥ ||
શિશુપાલ બોલ્યો—હે પાંડવો, તમે હજી બાળ છો; ધર્મને તમે જાણતા નથી, કારણ કે ધર્મ અતિ સૂક્ષ્મ છે. અને આ ભીષ્મ વૃદ્ધાવસ્થાથી સ્મૃતિભ્રષ્ટ થયો છે, તેની દૃષ્ટિ-વિવેક ક્ષીણ થયો છે; તેથી તેની બુદ્ધિ પણ મંદ પડી ગઈ છે.
