उपपन्नं महाबाहो त्वयि कौरवनन्दन । पाकशासनदायादे वीर्यमाहवशोभिनि
upapannaṃ mahābāho tvayi kauravanandana | pākaśāsanadāyāde vīryam āhavśobhini, tvam īpsitaṃ pāṇḍaveya brūhi kiṃ karavāṇi te | yad vakṣyasi mahābāho tat kariṣyāmi putraka ||
વૈશંપાયન બોલ્યા— “હે મહાબાહુ કૌરવનંદન! પાકશાસન (ઇન્દ્ર) ના દાયાદ, યુદ્ધમાં શોભતા વીરે—તારા માં આ વીર્ય સર્વથા યોગ્ય છે. હે પાંડવેય, કહો, તારી ઇચ્છા શું છે? હું તારો કયો પ્રિય કાર્ય કરું? હે મહાબાહુ, પુત્રક, તું જે કહેશ તે જ હું કરીશ.”
