ततोडन््तरिक्षे साक्षेपा विवादा भरतर्षभ । मिथो भेदाश्न भूतानामासन् कर्णार्जुनान्तरे
tad anantaram antarikṣe sākṣepā vivādā bharatarṣabha | mitho bhedāś ca bhūtānām āsan karṇārjunāntare ||
ત્યારબાદ, હે ભરતશ્રેષ્ઠ! અંતરિક્ષમાં સ્થિત સર્વ ભૂતોમાં કર્ણ અને અર્જુનની જય-પરાજય અંગે પરસ્પર આક્ષેપભર્યા વિવાદો અને મતભેદો ઊભા થયા.
