Karna’s Suppression of the Panchala–Somaka Forces
उत्तमौजाश्न हार्दिक्यं भीम॑ भीमपराक्रमम् | छादयामास सहसा मेघो वृष्ट्येव पर्वतम्,दूसरी ओर उत्तमौजाने भयंकर पराक्रमी और भयानक रूपवाले कृतवर्माको अपने बाणोंद्वारा सहसा उसी प्रकार आच्छादित कर दिया, जैसे मेघ जलकी वर्षद्वारा पर्वतको ढक देता है
uttamaujāś ca hārdikyaṃ bhīmaṃ bhīmaparākramam | chādayāmāsa sahasā megho vṛṣṭyeva parvatam ||
સંજય બોલ્યા—ત્યારે ઉત્તમૌજાએ હાર્દિક્ય (કૃતવર્મા)ને પોતાના બાણોથી અચાનક એમ ઢાંકી દીધો, જેમ વરસાદથી ભરેલો મેઘ પર્વતને ઢાંકી દે છે.
