कर्णवधार्थं धनञ्जयस्य प्रतिज्ञा — Arjuna’s resolve for Karṇa’s defeat
संशप्तकानां कदनमकरोद् यत्र पाण्डव: | कोसलानां तथा राजन् नारायणबलस्य च,राजन! वहाँ पाण्डुनन्दन अर्जुन संशप्तकोंका, कोसलदेशीय योद्धाओंका तथा नारायणी-सेनाका संहार कर रहे थे
saṁśaptakānāṁ kadanam akarod yatra pāṇḍavaḥ | kosalānāṁ tathā rājan nārāyaṇabalasya ca ||
સંજય બોલ્યા—રાજન! ત્યાં પાંડુનંદન અર્જુન સંશપ્તકોનો, કોશલદેશીય યોદ્ધાઓનો તથા નારાયણી સેનાનો ઘોર સંહાર કરી રહ્યા હતા।
