ते सेने भृशसंसक्ते दृष्टवान्योन्यं महाहवे
te sene bhṛśa-saṁsakte dṛṣṭavān anyonyaṁ mahāhave
સંજય બોલ્યો—તે મહાસંગ્રામમાં જ્યારે બંને સેનાઓ ઘોર રીતે એકબીજામાં ગૂંથાઈ ગઈ, ત્યારે તેમણે એકબીજાને સામસામે જોયા; બંને પક્ષ સંપૂર્ણ રીતે અથડામણમાં જોડાયા હતા, અને અચકાવાનો અવકાશ રહ્યો નહીં।
