कृष्णोपदेशः, अर्जुनस्य क्षमा-याचनम्, कर्णवध-अनुज्ञा

रथा: पञ्चशताश्षान्ये ह्रादिनश्चर्मवर्मिण: । भीममभ्यद्रवन् घ्नन्त: शरपूगै: समन्तत:
rathāḥ pañcaśatāś cānye hrādinaś carmavarmiṇaḥ | bhīmam abhyadravan ghnantaḥ śarapūgaiḥ samantataḥ ||
ત્યારે ચામડાના કવચથી સુરક્ષિત, ગર્જન કરતા બીજા પાંચસો રથો ભીમ પર તૂટી પડ્યા અને ચારેય તરફથી ઘન બાણવર્ષાથી તેને ઘાયલ કરવા લાગ્યા।
