विशालायतताम्राक्षै: पूर्णचन्द्रनिभाननै: । एषा भू: कीर्यते राज्ञां शिरोभिरपलायिनाम्
viśālāyatatāmrākṣaiḥ pūrṇacandranibhānanaiḥ | eṣā bhūḥ kīryate rājñāṁ śirobhir apalāyinām ||
સંજય બોલ્યો—યુદ્ધમાંથી ન ભાગનારા રાજાઓના કપાયેલા મસ્તકોથી આ ધરતી છવાઈ રહી છે. તે મસ્તકો વિશાળ લાલચટ્ટ આંખો અને પૂર્ણચંદ્ર સમાન મનોહર મુખોથી શોભે છે.
