प्रभातायां रजन्यां तु कर्णो राजानमभ्ययात् । समेत्य च महाबाहुर्दुर्योधनमथाब्रवीत्,जब रात बीती और प्रात:ःकाल हो गया, तब महाबाहु कर्ण राजा दुर्योधनके पास आया और उससे मिलकर इस प्रकार बोला
prabhātāyāṁ rajanyāṁ tu karṇo rājānam abhyayāt | sametya ca mahābāhur duryodhanam athābravīt ||
રાત વીતી પ્રભાત થતાં મહાબાહુ કર્ણ રાજા દુર્યોધન પાસે ગયો. મળીને તેણે ત્યારે આ રીતે કહ્યું.
संजय उवाच
