शरौघाञ्छरजालेन विदुधाव धनंजय: । प्रजवलित बाणसमूह तथा देदीप्यमान धनुष धारण करनेवाले कर्णके उन बाणसमूहोंको अर्जुनने अपने बाणोंके समुदायद्वारा छिन्न-भिन्न कर दिया

Transliteration

śaraughān śarajālena vidudhāva dhanañjayaḥ | prajvalita-bāṇa-samūhaṃ tathā dedīpyamāna-dhanuṣ-dhāriṇaḥ karṇasya bāṇa-samūhān arjunena sva-śara-samūhair chinna-bhinnāḥ kṛtāḥ |

Translation

સંજય બોલ્યા—ધનંજય અર્જુને પોતાના બાણજાળથી ધસી આવતાં બાણવર્ષાને ચુરચુર કરી નાખી. તેજસ્વી ધનુષ ધારણ કરનાર કર્ણે છોડેલા પ્રજ્વલિત બાણસમૂહોને પણ અર્જુને પોતાના સઘન બાણપ્રવાહથી કાપી ટુકડા-ટુકડા કરી વિખેરી નાખ્યા.
