प्रेषिताश्न महामात्रैवरिणा: परवारणै:। अभ्यघ्नन्त विषाणाग्रैरवारिणानेव संयुगे
preṣitāś ca mahāmātrair ariṇāḥ paravāraṇaiḥ | abhyaghnanta viṣāṇāgrair avāriṇān eva saṁyuge ||
મહામાત્ર એવા સેનાનાયકો દ્વારા આગળ ધપાવવામાં આવેલા શત્રુપક્ષના હાથીઓ, વિરોધી હાથીઓને સામસામે ટક્કર આપી, યુદ્ધભૂમિમાં પોતાના દાંતના તીક્ષ્ણ અગ્રભાગથી પ્રહાર કરતા હતા।
