अध्याय ८० — मध्यंदिन-रणवृत्तान्तः

स ददर्श तदा भीम दहन्तं रिपुवाहिनीम् । वातो वृक्षानिव बलात् प्रभञ्जन्तं रणे रिपून्
sa dadarśa tadā bhīma dahantaṃ ripuvāhinīm | vāto vṛkṣān iva balāt prabhañjantaṃ raṇe ripūn ||
ત્યારે તેણે ભીમને શત્રુવાહિનીને દહન કરતાં જોયો—રણમાં તે શત્રુઓને બળપૂર્વક એમ તોડી નાખતો હતો, જેમ પવન વૃક્ષોને ઉખેડી નાખે।
