आत्मदोष-उपदेशः तथा भीम-धृष्टद्युम्नयोः संयोगः
Self-Causation Counsel and the Bhīma–Dhṛṣṭadyumna Convergence
स सम्प्रहारस्तुमुल: कटुक: शोणितोदक: । प्रावर्तत कुरूणां च पाण्डवानां च भारत,भारत! कौरवों और पाण्डवोंका वह भयानक युद्ध बड़ा ही कटु और रक्तको पानीकी तरह बहानेवाला था
sa samprahāras tumulaḥ kaṭukaḥ śoṇitodakaḥ | prāvartata kurūṇāṁ ca pāṇḍavānāṁ ca bhārata ||
હે ભારત! કૌરવો અને પાંડવોનો તે ભયંકર સંઘર્ષ અત્યંત તુમુલ અને કઠોર હતો; તેમાં રક્ત પાણીની જેમ વહેવા લાગ્યું।
