जो सम्पूर्ण भूतोंको तथा पर्वतोंसहित इस पृथ्वीको धारण करते हैं, जिन्हें विश्वरूपी अनन्तदेव तथा शेष कहा गया है, उन्हें भी उन परमात्माने ही उत्पन्न किया है ।। ध्यानयोगेन विप्राश्न॒ तं विदन्ति महौजसम्‌ । कर्णस्रोतोद्धवं चापि मधुं नाम महासुरम्‌

dhyānayogena viprāś ca taṃ vidanti mahaujasam | karṇasrotodbhavaṃ cāpi madhuṃ nāma mahāsuram ||

બ્રાહ્મણો ધ્યાનયોગ દ્વારા તે મહાતેજસ્વી પરમાત્માને જાણે છે; અને તેમના કાનના પ્રવાહમાંથી ‘મધુ’ નામનો મહાન અસુર પણ ઉત્પન્ન થયો.
