भीष्मस्य भीमसेन-निरोधः
Bhīṣma checks Bhīmasena; matched engagements intensify
धर्मेण सर्वकार्याणि जीवितादीनि भारत । आरभमन्ते सदा पार्था: प्रार्थथाना महद् यश:
dharmeṇa sarvakāryāṇi jīvitādīni bhārata | ārabhamante sadā pārthāḥ prārthayānā mahad yaśaḥ ||
હે ભારત! પૃથાપુત્ર પાર્થો જીવન-નિર્વાહ વગેરે સર્વ કાર્યો સદા ધર્મપૂર્વક જ આરંભે છે; કારણ કે તેઓ ધર્માચરણ દ્વારા જગતમાં મહાન યશ મેળવવા ઇચ્છે છે.
