भीष्मपर्व — अध्याय ६२: वासुदेवमहात्म्यप्रशंसा (देव–ब्रह्मसंवादः)
ततो दुर्योधनो राजा समाश्वस्य विशाम्पते । न्यवर्तयत तत् सैन्यं द्रवमाणं समनन््ततः,प्रजानाथ! इसी बीचमें राजा दुर्योधनकी मूर्च्छा दूर हो गयी और उसने आश्वस्त होकर चारों ओर भागती हुई सेनाको पुनः लौटाया
tato duryodhano rājā samāśvasya viśāmpate | nyavartayat tat sainyaṁ dravamāṇaṁ samanantataḥ ||
ત્યારે રાજા દુર્યોધને ધૈર્ય સંભાળી, હે પ્રજાનાથ, ચારે તરફ ભાગતી પોતાની સેના અટકાવીને પાછી ફેરવી દીધી।
