सम्बन्ध--क्षेत्र और क्षेत्रज्ञका पूर्ण ज्ञान हो जानेपर संसारभ्रमका नाश हो जाता है और परमात्माकी प्राप्ति होती है

tad kṣetraṁ yac ca yādṛk ca yad-vikāri yataś ca yat | sa ca yo yat-prabhāvaś ca tat samāsena me śṛṇu ||

અર્જુને કહ્યું—મને સંક્ષેપમાં કહો: ‘ક્ષેત્ર’ શું છે અને કેવું છે; તેમાં કયા કયા વિકારો (પરિવર્તનો) થાય છે; તે કયા કારણથી ઉત્પન્ન થાય છે; અને ‘ક્ષેત્રજ્ઞ’ કોણ છે તથા તેની શું પ્રભાવ-શક્તિ છે.
