Bhīṣma-nipāta-saṃvāda — Sañjaya’s Report of Bhīṣma’s Fall (भीष्मनिपातसंवादः)
क्षत्रधर्मे स्थिता: पार्था नापराध्यन्ति पुत्रका: । एतदार्येण कर्तव्यं कृच्छास्वापत्सु संजय
kṣatradharme sthitāḥ pārthā nāparādhyanti putrakāḥ | etad āryeṇa kartavyaṃ kṛcchrāsv āpatsu saṃjaya ||
ધૃતરાષ્ટ્ર બોલ્યા— સંજય, ક્ષત્રિયધર્મમાં સ્થિત પાંડુપુત્રો દોષી નથી, પુત્ર. આવી કઠિન આપત્તિ અને સંકટકાળે આર્ય પુરુષે આ જ કરવું જોઈએ.
