संजय उवाच इत्युक्तवति गाज़ेये अभिवाद्योपमन्त्रय च । राधेयो रथमारुह् प्रायात् तव सुतं प्रति,संजय कहते हैं--राजन्! गंगानन्दन भीष्मके ऐसा कहनेपर राधानन्दन कर्ण उन्हें प्रणाम करके उनकी आज्ञा ले रथपर आरूढ़ हो आपके पुत्र दुर्योधनके पास चला गया
sañjaya uvāca ity uktavati gāṅgeye abhivādyopamantrya ca | rādheyo ratham āruhya prāyāt tava sutaṃ prati ||
સંજય બોલ્યો—રાજન! ગંગાનંદન ભીષ્મે આમ કહ્યા પછી રાધાનંદન કર્ણે તેમને પ્રણામ કર્યો, તેમની સલાહ સ્વીકારી, રથ પર ચઢીને તમારા પુત્ર દુર્યોધન તરફ પ્રસ્થાન કર્યું.
