तत्र कार्यतमं मन्ये भीष्मस्यैवाभिरक्षणम् | गोप्ता होष महेष्वासो भीष्मो5स्माकं महाव्रत:,“अतः इस अवसरपर मैं भीष्मजीकी रक्षाको ही प्रधान कार्य समझता हूँ; क्योंकि ये महाव्रती महाधनुर्धर भीष्म हमलोगोंके रक्षक हैं
tatra kāryatamaṃ manye bhīṣmasyaivābhirakṣaṇam | goptā hoṣa maheṣvāso bhīṣmo 'smākaṃ mahāvrataḥ ||
ત્યાં હું સૌથી તાત્કાલિક કાર્ય ભીષ્મનું જ રક્ષણ માનું છું; કારણ કે આ મહાવ્રતી મહાધનુર્ધર ભીષ્મ આપણા પક્ષના રક્ષક છે.
